Return Policy
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item in your order, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace your item. If there is a problem with your order, please email us with your order number and the name and we will get back to you asap.
Exchanges
Returns are accepted/exchanged for store credit only. All Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from order delivery to be accepted. If 14 days have passed since your package was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging.
How Returns Work

Please include your name and order number with the return.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and you will receive an online credit.
Exemptions
Some of our items are exempt from returns/exchanges. These include digital goods, gift cards, and all sale items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY sale items.* This includes items purchased with a discount code of 20% or higher. No exceptions. Please double-check your sizes before purchase!
*If you received an item that is defective or damaged we will accept the return/exchange if it is initiated within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at info@shopswff.com for problems with your order.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once your return is delivered back to us, please allow 7-10 business days for processing before receiving your store credit.
