When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped out. It may take another 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*

Tracking a Package

All of our orders ship via USPS with tracking information. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, you can track your package via the tracking number with USPS or the Route app. 

To get updates regarding the status of your shipment, please contact the shipping provider (USPS). They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information as we can only check or re-provide the tracking number to you.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-Order items will ship by the date listed in the pre-order product description. Once you place an order, it can not be cancelled so please make note of the shipping dates before checking out. 

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Offer automatically applied at checkout. 

Lost/Stolen Packages - ROUTE Shipping Protection

Once packages have been marked shipped, they are in the carrier’s hands and out of our control. That being said, we know it can be frustrating when a package is lost or stolen and we are here to help!

 

Our items ship with Route shipping protection to provide added insurance to your package. To file a claim with Route, download the Route mobile app via the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. After filing a claim, a Route representative will reach out within 24 – 48 hours to get you taken care of. Route will ensure that you either receive a replacement or refund.

Please note that if you opt out of Route shipping protection at checkout your order will not be protected in the event that it is lost or stolen. In this case, please contact USPS to resolve this issue. If they are unable to locate the package and you have opted out of Route protection, our hands are tied and your lost or stolen item will not be replaced. Please keep this in mind when ordering!
